Name, email address, password credentials, and the details you add to your profile such as brokerage, market, and phone number. Used to create and secure your account, provide support, and send service messages.
Billing information
Subscription status, billing period, plan, and payment records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we receive only limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, and payment result. Used to process your membership and prevent fraud.
Brand assets
Logos, brand colors, fonts, and brokerage marks you upload. Used to apply your visual identity to finished graphics.
Headshots
Photographs of you that you upload. Used in brand bars and finished marketing graphics you create.
Uploaded photography
Listing and lifestyle photos you upload or select. Used as imagery in your marketing content and stored in your photo library.
Listing information
Addresses, prices, status, features, and dates you enter. Used to create listing marketing such as Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, and Price Reduction content.
Marketing Profile information
Your market, locations, ideal clients, goals, expertise, differentiators, priorities, and brand voice. Used to build your strategy and personalize every recommendation and caption.
Generated and saved content
Plans, ideas, captions, scripts, emails, campaigns, and graphics created for you and anything you save. Used to deliver the service and keep your library available.
Device and analytics information
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interaction events. Used for security, troubleshooting, and improving the product. [Owner to confirm which analytics service, if any, is in use.]
Cookies
Cookies and similar local storage used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. [Owner to confirm whether any advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used.]

Service providers

We share information with providers who operate the platform on our behalf: hosting and database infrastructure, file storage, authentication, transactional email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and AI processing providers. Providers may access information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations. [Owner to confirm the final list of named subprocessors.]

AI providers and training

Some features send your Marketing Profile details, listing information, and content requests to AI providers to produce your marketing copy. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your uploaded photos, brand assets, or account information to train our own models. [Owner to confirm the named AI vendors and their data-retention and training terms so they can be listed here.]

Data retention

We keep account, billing, and content information for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Backups are rotated on a routine schedule. [Owner to confirm exact retention periods.]

Data deletion

You can delete individual photos, assets, listings, and saved content at any time inside the portal. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact [support@socialtoclose.com — confirm support address]. Some records, such as billing history, may be retained where required by law.

Security

Access to member data is protected by authentication and row-level database access rules so that members can only reach their own records. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected compromise.

Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Submit requests to [support@socialtoclose.com — confirm support address]; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Cookie choices

Cookies required to sign in and keep the platform working cannot be turned off. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out or limit functionality. [Owner to confirm whether a cookie banner is required based on the analytics in use.]

Minimum age

Social to Close is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
