Accessibility Statement

We want every real estate agent to be able to plan and create their marketing here, including agents who use assistive technology.

Our target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across both the public website and the member portal.

What we've built in

  • Semantic landmarks and a single, ordered heading structure on every page
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form controls
  • Accordions, dialogs, and tabs that expose their state to screen readers
  • Labels, instructions, and inline error messages on every form field
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery
  • Text that reflows and remains readable when resized or zoomed
  • Tap targets sized for mobile use
  • Respect for reduced-motion system settings on animated elements

Known limitations

The visual design editor is a canvas-based tool. Some fine-grained drag, crop, and resize interactions are difficult to operate without a pointer. Text editing, photo replacement, brand application, layout switching, saving, and downloading are available through standard form controls. We are continuing to expand keyboard equivalents for the remaining canvas actions.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, email [support@socialtoclose.com — confirm support address] with the page and what happened. We will respond, work with you to provide the information or function another way, and prioritize a fix.

Our approach

We do not rely on an accessibility overlay widget. Fixes are made in the underlying components so the experience improves for everyone.
