Content licensing terms.

What you get with an active membership

While your Social to Close membership is active and in good standing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the posts, captions, Reels, Stories, lead magnets, campaign materials, generated graphics, and other marketing assets provided inside the member portal for your own real estate marketing and client-communication purposes.

What you can do

• Customize the content we create with your branding, photos, colors, logo, and market details.
• Publish content to your personal or team social media accounts, website, email list, and advertising accounts.
• Use lead magnets and campaign funnels to generate leads for your real estate business.
• Share finished assets with your assistant, transaction coordinator, or marketing team for the purpose of publishing on your behalf.

What you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share raw content files with non-members.
• Use this content to create a competing marketing membership, content shop, or educational product.
• Claim ownership of the original designs, remove watermarks, or represent the assets as entirely your own creation.
• Use assets for illegal, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices.

Content you upload and your responsibilities

Social to Close does not retrieve, scrape, or import photos, listing data, or other content from Zillow, Realtor.com, any MLS, or other third-party websites. Everything used in your marketing comes from what you upload, generate, or select inside the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, brokerage approvals, MLS permissions, seller consents, and any other authorization required to upload, use, and publish the photos, logos, marks, property details, and other content you provide or create with the platform.

You are also responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, including pricing, availability, square footage, status, and market claims, and for compliance with fair housing, advertising, brokerage, and MLS rules in your market. Any link you paste is stored for your reference only.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, your portal access ends at the close of your current billing period. Content you already published while a member may remain live, but ongoing access to new and existing marketing content requires an active membership.

Updates and new drops

New content, campaigns, and assets are added to the library on a regular basis. There is no guarantee of a specific number of releases per month. All new drops are included with your active membership tier.
